When can I expect my delivery?

We aim to despatch your order within 3-5 working days. International deliveries may take longer and depending on your location.

Please note that if you are ordering items before the first day of issue then the order will not be despatched until this date.

How much is Post & Packing?

Postage and packing (Shipping costs) is charged accordingly depending on your location. This amount will be confirmed once you have added your shipping address during the checkout process.

When ordering multiple items, you will only be charged once for postage and packing.

Where does Tower Mint deliver to?

You can order from anywhere in the world although delivery times and charges will vary depending on your location.

Please note, payment of all customs duties, import taxes or other fees is the responsibility of the by person receiving the imported purchase item. The amount to pay will vary from country to country.

How will I know when my item has been shipped?

When your product is despatched, you will receive an email confirmation to advise your order is on its way.

Returns

If you change your mind and wish to return your order for a refund then you may do so.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and within 14 days of purchase.

If you wish to return an item, please first email us on pitcairninfo@towermint.co.uk providing your name, invoice number and the reason for returning the item e.g. faulty, damaged, exchanged, incorrect item, no longer required.

Costs of returning the items will be payable by the consumer.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you are missing part of your order please email pitcairninfo@towermint.co.uk within 14 days of receiving an item and we can advise how we can help regarding a refund or replacement.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
