The 2nd June 2018 marked the 65th anniversary of the Coronation of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. This is an important and impressive anniversary for both British and Royal history as Her Majesty becomes the first reigning monarch to reach this historic milestone. To mark this prestigious moment in British history a unique collection of five fifty pence coins have been issued both into circulation in limited numbers and in proof silver and gold specifications.
The reverse designs depict different symbolic elements relating to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II coronation. These designs are, the coronation oath, the Orb, the St Edwards crown, the imperial state crown and the stage coach.
